Message	I had to create a rock-solid case for getting a refund. That's why I gave them a second chance. I was truly hoping they would make it right the second time around. When they didn't, and they realized they couldn't produce the quality I was seeking, they just offered to give me my money back. What's disconserting is the fact that they are passing off this quality as "powder coating" and naive people are paying top dollar for it.
